Americans Entitled to Cheap Gas-Right?

I think this lady nailed this story. I agreed with everything she said. Everything she talked about is still what is going on now except with even higher gas prices. I wonder if the lady that said she would sell her Blazer if gas went up to $2.75 did. She said that the survey said people are not concerned with the gas mileage when buying new cars, but are more concerned with the number of cup holders. To an extent I think this is still true, but people now are taking gas way more into consideration. With the gas prices continuing to rise, people are jumping to buy hybrid cars and more gas friendly vehicles. With our economy situation it makes me wonder if gas prices will ever go down back to a somewhat normal and average price.

I agree 100% !! I saw so much similarity in this article with how things are going today. I think people are probably now a little more concerned about the gas mileage, but I agree about how majority of people are still only concerned about how the car looks. I wonder that too. I hope gas prices will go down, but it will probably be a while before they do. It is a scary thing, but hopefully things will get back to normal with the gas prices. I like your post, Lindsay. I totally agree with you!

I also agree with you. So much of what the writer was talking about is still going on today. You would think that if it was a problem three years ago, things might have changed. But they haven't. You did a very good job writing your blog. Can't wait to read the next one!
